Shipping information

DISPATCHES

DESIDERIO boutique dispatches worldwide with selected express couriers: GLS, UPS, DHL.

Orders are processed and prepared in 24 hours, from monday to friday.
Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

On Italian public holidays, dispatches will be processed the next business day.

EXPRESS COURIERS

Currently, DESIDERIO boutique mainly uses:

- GLS: European Union (EU)
- DHL / UPS: USA and Canada
- UPS: Rest of the World

TRACK & TRACE

All shipments are traceable, wherever possible.
At the time of shipping the Client receives the name of the courier, and the tracking number, to follow the progression of delivery.
Please note that the couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.

IMPORT FEES

Any kind of import fees is responsibility of the client.
Product prices that are published on the boutique reflect the actual retail price of the goods which not include Import Fees (based on the customer's home country regulation).

INVOICE

The total invoice paid during the purchase process do not includes DDU countries where the Customer will be charged for any local sales taxes and import duties on the purchase.

DELIVERY

Delivery times depend on shipping address and customs process, generally:

- European Union: 3/5 days
- Europe: 5 days
- North America: 5/7 days
- Rest of the World: 7/14 days.

COMBINED SHIPPING

There is no automatic discount for combined shipping / multiple purchase;
